"I don't know who I am anymore."

You didn't lose yourself.

Your may have lost the roles that let you show up as you.

Are you...

  • A woman stepping into retirement, wondering who you are outside of work?

  • Navigating grief or a loss that's reshaped your sense of purpose?

  • Facing a health change that's forcing you to rethink what's next?

  • At a crossroads — sensing a pull toward something new, but unsure where to start?

  • Just needing someone who'll listen without rushing you to "get over it"?

Wherever you are, you don't have to figure it out alone.

You didn't lose yourself. You lost the roles - mom, wife, grandma, professional, friend - that let you show up as you.

About Me:

I'm in my second year of retirement myself, rebuilding a life I didn't fully plan for after a decade in a high-demand career. I hold a Wellness Coaching Specialist certificate through ILCT, with specialized training in stress management and group coaching. I know what it's like when the future you expected doesn't show up — and I coach from that lived experience, not just theory.

Most coaching starts with your goal and jumps straight to a plan. I ask about your goal too — but before we build the plan, we take a step back and get clear on who you actually are right now. That way you can tell whether the future you're picturing actually fits you.

Together, we'll slow down, get honest about what you need, and find the path that's actually yours.
